This view of the Arena is set in the Piazza Bra (the Place d'Armes of the title) with the torre dei Lamberti in the background.
The drawing was glued on a cardboard, originally numbered 6.19, and kept in a portfolio. On the verso is a rough pencil sketch. Title from note on the original cardboard. Forms part of: Library Collection. Drawings.
